The service

Human operators apply to jobs on your behalf. You authorise each application by adding the job. We submit it using your resume and screening answers and give you proof of submission.

Credits

• One credit is used per submitted application.
• Credit packs never expire. Monthly credits that come with a Priority plan expire at the end of the period.
• You are not charged for an application that is blocked and not submitted.

Payments and tax

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable tax.

Refunds

Contact [email protected] for a refund. If a payment is charged back, the credits it bought are reversed. A refund or chargeback of a Priority payment also ends Priority.

Acceptable use

• Your resume and answers must be truthful.
• Do not ask us to apply to jobs you are not authorised to apply for.

Liability

We do not guarantee interviews, offers or hires. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
